Ingredients: 1 large sweet potato diced, 1 medium diced yellow onion. 3 cloves chopped garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, cinnamon, cumin & coriander powder, and eggs. You can beef up the flavors by adding red bell peppers, sausage or chorizo, and some cayenne peppers 🤤
