1 tbsp nut butter.
1/4 tsp vanilla.
1/2 cup almond milk.
– unbun taco shells
– 1/2 avocado
– 2 eggs
– 3/4 cup mushrooms
– 1 cup broccoli
Roast 400F 25 minutes
– 1 lb grass fed beef
– 3/4 cup mushrooms
– 1 cup shredded brussel sprouts
– 1/2 onion
– 2 cloves garlic
– 1/2 cup bone broth
– 3 tbsp tomato paste
– salt and pepper to taste
2/3 cup full fat coconut milk
2 tbsp ghee
1 cup butternut squash
bake at 400F 25 minutes
